Please read all the following information.

YOU MUST SIGN UP AND PAY THROUGH THE "DOWNWARD GOAT" WEBSITE.  We are not collecting any money or reservations for this event. Reservations are made when you pay online. 

Reserve your spots on their website www.Downwardgoat.com. Once there go to the "EVENTS" tab and click on Florida.  Look for February 1st date and choose the 10:30 am option.  There are two classes that morning.

In addition to signing/paying for the class on their website, we ask that you sign up through the calendar link so we are aware of who will be attending. It also helps us contact you with any last-minute details//news regarding this event. You can invite a friend/daughter to this family-friendly event. 

Wear comfortable athletic wear, sunscreen, and bug repellent. The event is outdoors.  Bring water, yoga mat, and hand sanitizer.
